Description:

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with a strong background in creating user-centric interfaces and scalable experiences for AI-powered workflows and intellignet system. This role involves leading UX strategy for the AI-driven PMS, defining information architecture and user journeys, and collaborating with development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency. The PMS is a core in-house platform with integrations across front-office, payment, and back-office systems, supporting end-to-end operational workflows, secure appointment management, and service delivery. These integrations guide the design of intuitive interfaces and user journeys that ensure seamless system interactions, operational efficiency, and data accuracy

Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces for consumer self-service tools, front-office and back-office dashboards.
Translate AI-driven logic into clear, usable front-end workflows.
Design wireframes, prototypes for PMS platforms, ensuring consistency and usability across all user touchpoints.
Establish effective content hierarchy and information architecture to support clear user journeys and efficient task completion.
Drive continuous UX/UI improvements through data-driven analysis of user behaviour and system performance.
Reduce user errors and training time through clear interaction design.
Conduct usability testing with real system users and iterate designs accordingly.
Maintain consistent UI standards across the platform as new features are released.

Key Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
3+ years experience in a UI or UI/UX design role
Strong background in UI design and design systems
Define and uphold UX standards, guidelines, and best practices
Experienced in designing and developing responsive, customer-facing web interfaces.
Skilled in HTML, CSS, and Java, and Back End integration.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue)
Knowledgeable in Visual Studio, C# .NET APIs, Java, etc
Collaboration with backend and AI/ML engineers to integrate AI features into the UI
Excellent communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams.

Desirable:

Designing AI-driven, data-intensive, or workflow-based applications
Exposure to healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms

Communication:

Fluent in spoken and written English.
