A full-time, permanent, multi-skilled Handy Person working across our Supported Accommodation services In the Swansea area. You will be required to work Monday - Friday between 9am -5pm.

About the role
This is a Handy Person role based across our Supported Accommodation service In Swansea. You will provide small/medium repairs, maintenance and minor adaptation service to our accommodation services.
You will have experience of working In the building trade as well as experience of working within a domestic environment In occupied premises. You will be provided with a van, tools and materials to carry out your role.
Skills and Experience Needed
Extensive experience of working in the building trade is essential
Ability to organise and prioritise own workload effectively
Awareness of Health and Safety regulations. Awareness of risk assessment issues, COSHH, RIDDOR, CDM etc.
Experience of working within a domestic environment in occupied premises
Full, clean UK Driving Licence

£24,242.40 FTE
Pension Choices:
Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%. Or,

26 days holiday, pro rata entitlement plus Bank holidays. Rising to 27 days after 1 years service or cash equivalent of 1 days’ annual leave.
