This role is ideal for experienced technicians seeking to develop their careers within a modern, well-equipped facility, committed to delivering high-quality automotive repairs.

The position involves:
- Performing removal and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and trim components on vehicles
- Diagnosing faults accurately and carrying out necessary repairs
- Ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer standards and quality expectations
- Safeguarding customer vehicles and contents during repairs
- Interpreting technical data and utilise alignment equipment correctly
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment
- Reporting any additional faults or damages during repairs
- Completing all documentation accurately, with an emphasis on minimal wastage and correct part ordering
- Maintaining tools and equipment to a high standard
- Supporting team members and assisting with workshop activities as required
Requirements:
- Previous time-served MET or panel repair experience
- NVQ Level 3 or senior ATA accreditation (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
- Own tools and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
