Deliver high-intensity telephone and digital triage to a consistently high standard Minimum expected throughput - 20 patients plus per hour Perform rapid clinical assessment, prioritisation, and safe disposition Resolve appropriate clinical and administrative issues within a single interaction Escalate, refer, or signpost patients safely and appropriately Communicate clearly, confidently, and empathetically within time-limited consultations Use digital platforms (including AccuRx) as a core clinical tool Maintain accurate, contemporaneous clinical records Work as part of a highly integrated multidisciplinary team Learn and adhere to local systems, pathways, and operational processes
