Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of commissioning strategies across multiple service areas.
- Analyse data, market trends, and stakeholder feedback to inform commissioning decisions.
- Manage complex projects and budgets, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
- Build strong relationships with providers, partners, and stakeholders to co-produce innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, procurement regulations, and best practice standards.
- Provide expert advice to senior leaders and elected members on commissioning and service redesign.
- Drive continuous improvement and embed a culture of performance and accountability.
