Everyone at Mitie has a voice and is treated as an equal.o Our customers' business, is our business: we are a partner, trusted for our expertise and for puttingour customers at the heart of everything we doJob objectives and responsibilities• To assist with the day to day supervision of a team of technicians, sub-contractors and any otherspecialists attending the client's premises, to achieve the highest level of service to the buildings'occupants in the most cost effective, technically competent and safe manner• To provide support to the Contract Manager in the efficient use of labour and materials by co-ordinating all planned and reactive maintenance work across designated portfolio of premises• To work with the Service Desk to ensure we carry out planned maintenance and reactive works asrequired within the contract SLA's & KPIs• Work with stakeholders to ensure that all required certification is in place within the required timescalesand remedials have been captured and actioned• To ensure that all TBT/staff briefings are completed and certification of Engineers is in date andregularly checked• To ensure that any Subcontractors are working to the highest safety standards.Main duties• Ensure self and team carry out duties in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures, Codes ofPractice and Statutory Regulations• Work with Contract Manager to ensure operatives are adequately qualified and are Appointed Personswhere necessary• Ensure all tasks are carried out to the highest standard of customer service and that work is completedon time, within budget and meets Service Level Agreements or Key Performance Indicators• Undertake supervision, coaching, support and development for team members

Understands therelevance of tool box talks and safe systems of working.• Holds relevant professional qualifications (e.g. mechanical, electrical, building services, airconditioning/refrigeration) - minimum standard C&G level III or equivalent or has sound experienceworking in a large FM environment• Holds relevant Health & Safety qualifications. (Training will be provided where necessary)• Previous LV Appointment preferable.• Previous HV Appointment preferable (not essential)• Understands the administration and application of a CAFFM system• Able to understand and act on both verbal and written instructions/procedures• Computer literate, with good understanding of Excell, Word essential.• Flexibility over working hours (may be required to work evenings and weekends to ensure work is co-ordinated / completed), will be required to provide back up cover on the standby and call out duties asand when required.
