What Can You Expect?
You would be joining us in the role of Quality & Safeguarding Lead, and you will assist the quality team in the delivery of contractual Quality Schedules to the Integrated Care Boards (ICBs). Your responsibilities will include supporting with data input, development, completion and timely submission of HTG-UKs quality reporting. Additionally, you will regularly support the team with workplace site compliance audits and inspections.
As a Quality Lead, you will be the point of contact for our Station Managers, regarding all quality related queries and ensure effective communication and information sharing. You will also assist the Patient Experience Team with patient contact audits and the presentation of patient experience survey.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday – Friday, offered on a hybrid basis, combining home working with regular travel to designated bases and stations. The role is primarily based across Essex and Norfolk, giving you the flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to our operational sites.
Summary Of Main Duties Include
Collate IPC and Housekeeping compliance data from Station Managers and populate quality dashboards.
Chase any outstanding quality data from all relevant departments.
Assist quality leads with the completion of the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly Quality reports.
Share quality reports, Safeguarding and Incident Logs with Station Managers/Control Managers for display on notice boards.
Chase outstanding open incidents for outcomes.
Conduct Patient Contact Audits to assist PET in achieving the 1% of all calls per quarter, assist with SMART action plan to address issues identified.
Assist with completion of Site Assurance Audit Toolkit and any action plans from issues and risk identified.
Sharing learning from good practice through staff stories and learning from workplace inspections.
Assist with base compliance at mobilization of new contracts.
Conduct third party site visits & compliance audits.
Support Annual Quality Accounts.
Oversee the local Friends & Family Test (FFT).
Ad hoc project support to Head of Quality & Clinical Governance.
Participating in all training assigned to you.
