General Operative - Bird Seed Production
Please note you will need your own transport (Car or Motorbike) due to very rural location and there being NO public transport.
Location - Keelby
AM Shift
05:30 - 14:30
PM Shift
14:30 - 01:30
In your role you will be required work on a fast-paced line, packing, stacking, and finishing goods. You will also be required to prepare packaging, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety standards at all times. Clear communication with your Team Captain is essential to keep production efficient and minimise waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line work
- Stack boxes on pallets and wrap finished goods
- Prepare raw materials and packaging for production
- Maintain cleanliness and follow "clean as you go" policy
- Report equipment issues and wear required PPE
- Record unused products and use stock control system
Requirements:
Reliability
Ability to follow procedures and safety protocols
Physically fit for manual and repetitive tasks
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Other duties may be assigned as required.
