Summary

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to support the Business Management Team, in Thatcham, RG19 4ND

Your payrate as an Admin Assistant:

Pay will be £12.95 an hour.

Your working hours as an Admin Assistant:

Monday to Friday. Ideally 8:30am - 4:30pm or 9am - 5pm.

Main duties include:

  • Working using our internal system (Salesforce) to distribute cases to the team
  • Helping with lost shipment investigations and providing updates back to the team
  • Supplying PODs and other shipment tracking information when needed
  • Supporting with returns processing
  • General admin support to help the team run smoothly

What we need:
Someone organised, reliable, and confident using computer systems. Excellent communication skills, Salesforce experience is helpful but not essential.
