This is an interim role while the school look to recruit permanently.

+ Knowledgeable in HR processes, recruitment, and payroll
+ Confident managing contracts, compliance, and health & safety
+ An effective communicator with excellent organisational skills
+ Able to build strong relationships with staff, governors, external partners, and the wider community
