Applicants must legally comply with the company's food hygiene policy.
The position is seasonal and the starting time can be dependent on weather. An average day is about 8 hours starting from 5am in the summer.
The role involves mainly strawberry picking with season commencing in May 2026 and may include general field work. Work will be piecework with possible bonus, or a current minimum hourly wage of £12.21 (rising from 1 April 2026 to £12.71 per hour).
