We're seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join the front office team at an award-winning luxury resort. As the welcoming face of our property, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and genuine care.



Key Responsibilities:

-Warmly greet and check-in/out guests, handling reservations and special requests with efficiency and flair
-Provide expert knowledge of resort facilities, local attractions, dining options, and activities
-Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a positive attitude
-Handle billing, payments, and administrative tasks accurately
-Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues promptly to exceed expectations
-Collaborate closely with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments for seamless service


What we're looking for:

-Previous experience in a luxury hotel, boutique property, or high-end hospitality role (front office/reception preferred)
-Outstanding customer service skills with a natural warmth and genuine enthusiasm for people
-Excellent communication, both verbal and written
-Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
-Calm, professional demeanour under pressure in a busy environment
-Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and some nights as part of a rotating rota
-Right to work in the UK

-Competitive salary of £29,970 per annum plus generous service charge (tips/tronc)
