The Role
We are currently recruiting compassionate, reliable and dedicated Female Support Workers/Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to live independently, safely and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with daily living tasks including meal preparation, medication reminders and light housekeeping
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring safety and comfort
- Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate care records and report concerns to senior staff
- Adhere to all safety, health and confidentiality guidelines
- No previous care experience is required as full training is provided, however experience is preferred.
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence & access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient and empathetic nature
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to working hours
- Willingness to undertake a DBS check and required training
Pay & Benefits
- £12.21 – £14.00 per hour from April 2025 (based on experience, qualifications & working pattern)
- Paid travel time at hourly rate + mileage at £0.30 per mile
