Summary

As part of our growing Engineering family, we're looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer or Fabric Engineer to join our Facilities Support Service team at the airport. This is a hands-on role delivering building maintenance and remedial works across a large estate.

What You'll Be Doing:You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality building fabric services, including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, patch repairs and general maintenance, planned maintenance tasks to name a few.

You'll also: Keep clients informed of progress and updates, accurately record all activities, remedial works, and inspection logs using in-house system, use IT systems to log tasks and updates, ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures, on time to avoid KPI failures.

What We're Looking For:

-Experience in building services or a similar environment

-Physically fit - able to work at height, in confined spaces, and perform manual handling

-Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

-Good IT skills and familiarity with CAFM systems

-A proactive, self-motivated, and safety-conscious approach

-A challenging and inquisitive mindset

Duties May Include (but are not limited to):

-Delivering a high-quality service to clients

-Managing and prioritising your workload effectively

-Completing all documentation accurately and on time

-Complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures

-Participating in training and appraisal activities

-Carrying out general fabric work (plumbing, carpentry, tiling, painting, etc.)

-Performing any reasonable tasks as instructed by the Operations Manager
