Shape the future—empower neurodivergent learners to thrive!

Join a small team with big ideas! We’re passionate about shaping positive futures for neurodivergent children and young people across the Isle of Wight. As an Education Outreach Worker, you’ll help schools embrace neurodiversity and implement inclusive, evidence-informed strategies that make a real difference in classrooms.

This is a role where relationships matter, you’ll work alongside educators to build confidence in supporting learners with diverse needs, empower families with reassurance and practical guidance, and occasionally model approaches with young people in primary and secondary settings. You’ll also play a part in shaping the Neurodiversity Early Help Pathway, creating a joined-up approach that empowers families and professionals across education, health, and community services.

The challenges are real, every school is different, and every child’s needs are unique, but the rewards are even greater. You’ll see the impact of your work every day: reducing stigma, promoting understanding, and helping create environments where neurodivergent learners can succeed.
