Crynodeb
To provide all personal, health and social care in a small care home for older people with dementia/mental health illness. Need to be flexible regarding working hours as shift pattern, including alternate weekends and some nights. Must undertake all training and be prepared to complete wide range of duties associated with small care homes needs including activities, off site hospital visits, paperwork etc. Looking for two people to work 24+ hours or 1 person to work 32+ and 1 person to work 24+. Must be prepared to provide 2 references including last employer, undergo enhanced DBS. Experienced preferred but not essential as training and qualifications can be provided, right personality and attitude to care work is essential. Must be prepared to work weekends and night shifts as care for our client group is 24/7
