About You: We're looking for kind-hearted individuals who have a passion for making a difference. No experience required; all you need is compassion and a full driving licence. We do not offer sponsorships
The Role: Care Assistant care staff visit clients and provide support in their own homes. They assistant with personal care, meal preparation, medication requirements, and other interesting tasks.
What we do differently:
• We provide cars for all our carers, with fuel costs covered.
• We offer contracts to our care staff, guaranteeing their hours.
• Standard working patterns- 0700-1400 or 1400-2200.
Benefits
• Competitive pay with a base rate of £14.50 per hour call on weekdays, with enhancements for unsociable hours.
• DBS check covered (subject to T&C's).
• £500 referral bonus for each friend you refer, who joins our team (subject to T&C's).
• 1 ½ full day of paid induction training to achieve Care Certificate Level, provided by our qualified trainers.
• Career development opportunities, including support for NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
• We are expanding to include more complex care packages. If you are a carer seeking experience with PEG feeding, suction, or other advanced care tasks, we can provide the support and opportunities you need.
