Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality one‑to‑one and small‑group support for pupils with autism, ADHD, and other learning needs.
* Collaborate closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver effective IEPs and tailored intervention strategies.
* Promote a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment.
* Support pupils' communication, sensory regulation, and emotional wellbeing.
* Contribute to inclusive classroom routines and day‑to‑day learning activities.
What We're Looking For
* A patient, flexible, and proactive approach.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting SEN learners.
* Previous SEN, autism, or learning support experience is highly desirable.
* Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is beneficial but not essential.
