What You'll Be Doing
- Leading structural design projects across diverse sectors
- Building and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians
- Developing strong client relationships and driving new business
- Working hand-in-hand with our surveying director to deliver a full-service consultancy
What We're Looking For
- Chartered Structural Engineer (MIStructE or equivalent) - highly desirable
- Strong technical expertise in building structures design
- Proven track record in project delivery and client management
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth
- Existing client relationships or contacts? That's a big plus
