Primary schools in Bradford are crying out for support staff who understand the unique rhythm of the Foundation Stage. Whether you are a qualified Nursery Nurse looking to move into schools, or an experienced TA who loves the little ones, supply work offers you the variety and flexibility you need.
The RoleWorking in EYFS is fast-paced, physical, and incredibly rewarding. On any given day, you might be:

Supporting Continuous Provision: Ensuring the indoor and outdoor learning areas are engaging, safe, and tidy (well, as tidy as possible!).

Phonics Support: Helping children grasp their first sounds using schemes like Little Wandle or Read Write Inc.

Personal Care: Assisting with toileting, snack times, and coat-zipping with patience and dignity.

Observation: Acting as the "eyes and ears" for the teacher, spotting those magical moments when a child achieves a new milestone.

Local Knowledge: We work with a huge variety of schools in Bradford, from community nurseries to large primary academies. We aim to find you work that is easy to get to.

Weekly Pay (PAYE): We pay every Friday via our own payroll. We do not use umbrella companies, so you keep more of your hard-earned money.

Experience: You must have experience working with children aged 0-5 (e.g., in a Day Nursery, Pre-school, or School Reception class).

Qualifications: A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years is highly desirable, though significant experience is also valued.

Vetting: A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one).

Attitude: High energy, a loud singing voice (optional but helpful!), and a genuine love for early childhood development.
