Role Overview
HRGO Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver on behalf of our client based in Chartham, Canterbury. This is an excellent temporary-to-permanent opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual looking to join a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload pallets of fruit
- Safely moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard
- Assisting with general warehouse duties, including stock control and inventory management
- Ensuring all forklift operations are carried out in line with health & safety regulations and company procedures
✅ What We Are Looking For
- Must hold a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Proven experience operating forklifts within a warehouse or logistics environment
- A strong team player with good communication skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Willing to assist with manual handling tasks when required
- Own transport is preferable due to the location of the sitE
