More Detail about the role We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our friendly Urology Nursing Team. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse with a genuine passion for urology who is keen to develop specialist skills while delivering high-quality, compassionate care. If you are an enthusiastic nurse with an interest in urology and a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care, we would love to hear from you. About You We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Registered Nurse (NMC) who has a genuine interest in urology and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be compassionate and approachable, with the ability to support and reassure patients undergoing potentially sensitive or anxiety-provoking procedures. Experience in urology, surgical nursing, or outpatient clinic settings is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided, and experience in male and female catheterisation is desirable. You will be keen to develop specialist skills, confident in working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and have excellent communication skills with a strong focus on patient education and support. Working Pattern: 36.75 hours per week.
