Private Nursery
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our established private nursery and contribute to delivering high-quality early years provision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS Statutory Framework
• Plan and deliver purposeful, child-led and adult-guided activities that support learning and development
• Act as a key person, supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and secure attachments
• Observe, assess, and contribute to tracking children’s progress
• Promote safeguarding, welfare requirements, and British values at all times
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
• Work effectively as part of a professional early year’s team
Requirements:
• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Secure understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Commitment to providing high standards of practice and continuous improvement
