Based at our Head Office in Exeter, you’ll be perfectly placed to forge a fantastic career that even involves visiting our other offices across the region from time-to-time.
We’re focused on providing every member of our team with the support they need to thrive, as we believe that our people are our most important asset. And, with a part-time commitment of just 21.75 hours per week, this is a role designed to slot naturally into your week, supporting a healthy work-life balance without any compromise.
The Role
As a Facilities Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of our three offices in Exeter, Teignmouth, and Newton Abbot, helping ensure they are safe, well-organised, and ready for staff and visitors each day.
Specifically, you will assist with a range of facilities, health, safety, and security tasks, including restocking stationery, collecting and delivering post, and ensuring alarms are managed.
You will be based at our Exeter office with the requirement to travel between our offices as needed, working flexibly to provide practical support that helps the firm operate smoothly and efficiently.
You will be flexible, as although the three days required each week will usually be on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, there may be occasions when you will be required to work on different days across the week.
