This post represents an exciting opportunity to join a team of staff in Keele University’s Anatomy Department in the School of Medicine.

The post holder will administer postgraduate surgery and anatomy courses delivered within the state of the art Keele Anatomy and Surgical Training Centre, based in the David Weatherall Building. This will include being present on the day(s) of courses to register delegates, problem solve, and help prepare and clear up the rooms. The role will have a substantial externally-facing element, and flexibility over hours is essential, since courses will frequently start early and/or finish late.

You will have experience of successfully working within a team and with a wide variety of professional colleagues. You must have excellent customer facing skills and a high standard of professionalism. You will possess a minimum of four GCSEs, at Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent qualification or work experience, OR ECDL/NVQ Level II in Business Admin/CLAIT Plus/RSA II or significant relevant work experience in an administrative environment; plus experience of the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
