Hyde is looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Groundworker.

As a Skilled Groundworker at Hyde, you will be working within our customer homes to provide essential property maintenance and repair services, ensuring properties meet our safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Carry out a range of groundwork tasks, including paving, drainage repairs, concreting, and small-scale excavation.
Respond to maintenance requests, assessing and addressing groundwork issues efficiently.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and Hyde’s quality standards.
Communicate with customers on-site, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
Work collaboratively with other trades and supervisors to ensure effective service delivery.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience in groundwork, particularly in property maintenance or repairs.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A valid CSCS card
