Summary

Night Registered General Nurse –Southend-on-Sea

Our client is seeking a Night Registered General Nurse (RGN) to provide expert nursing care in a specialist residential care home supporting adult’s with physical and intellectual disabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and compassionate nurse with a valid NMC PIN to work in a person-centred, values-driven environment.

The Role

As a Night RGN, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care during night shifts. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care
• Completing assessments, implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
• Administering medications in line with professional standards
• Supporting residents with complex needs and promoting independence
• Working collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure continuity of care

Candidate Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN
• Experience in adult nursing, preferably in residential or disability care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to person-centred, flexible, and inclusive care
