This position offers an excellent opportunity to become part of our team and provide support across the organization.
We pay an attractive salary of £31,537 - £34,434 and offer access to training and development opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy customer focussed team as an Income Collection & Support Officer responsible for managing and recovering outstanding rent payments, offering advice and support to contract holders and helping to maintain their contract with us.

For the role, we ask that you have:
A Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework for Wales.
Current working knowledge of welfare benefits, housing benefits and Universal Credit.
Experience of working within a Housing environment.
