Location: Wirral
Salary: £15.67 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Permanent (minimum 35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm, with off-duty hours on an advanced 4-week rota basis

About the Role
As a Senior Community Support Worker, you’ll play a key leadership role within our community services. You’ll support and guide a dedicated team while delivering compassionate, person-centred care that helps individuals live independently and confidently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support a team of Community Support Workers
• Ensure high standards of care are delivered in line with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Promote independence, dignity and respect for all service users and staff
• Support care planning, record keeping and reporting
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals and external partners
• Provide on-call support to staff when scheduled (typically one week per month)
About You
Essential Requirements:
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• A compassionate, reliable and motivated approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Basic IT skills (email, virtual meetings and report writing)
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a health and social care role
