A lovely family based in Bishop's Stortford is seeking a Part-time Nanny-Housekeeper to care for their toddler and two school-aged children while ensuring their home is kept clean, tidy, and well-organised. The ideal candidate is someone who can keep on top of running the household but who, when with the children, will be a kind and inspiring role model for them, nurture their curiosity and help build their confidence. A valid First Aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Monday and Friday, 1:30 pm to 6:00 pm. Two hours of housekeeping until school pick up at 3:20 pm.
Duties include:
Picking the children up from school
Ensuring the children’s safety, well-being, and overall development
Engaging the children in interactive play and educational activities
Providing homework assistance and supporting their educational progress
Assisting with evening and bedtime routines
Keeping the children’s bedrooms and play areas clean, organised, and tidy
Managing the children’s laundry and clothing organisation
Performing general housekeeping tasks and a quick tidy-up after bedtime
Preparing meals in advance of school pick-up
