We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Project Officer (PO2) to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, execution, and evaluation of HR projects
Conduct needs assessments to identify project objectives and requirements
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Collaborate with HR team members and other departments to ensure effective project implementation
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders
Analyze project outcomes and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness and inform future initiatives
Facilitate training sessions and workshops related to project goals and HR policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in HR project management or a similar role
Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and reporting.
Hours Per Week: 35.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £25.12
