Summary
***Early Years Practitioner for Outstanding Children’s Nursery in Hillingdon, NW London.***
We are a small but busy children’s nursery based in Harefield. Our Nursey is rated as Outstanding by OFSTED and we pride ourselves on giving the children and families we work with the most interesting, fun and memorable early years experience.
We spend lots of time outside close to nature, the elements and the environment, and believe that a deep understanding of our natural world leads to a lasting love of and care for it. We teach and practice the values of kindness, patience, and love, aiming to create a calm and happy place to be for both staff and children. That is not to say it isn't a busy, noisy and vibrant place to work-it is all these things!
Our team is small and close, we respect and value each other’s experience, skills and support, and enjoy developing our practice and following our own particular interests. We are looking for 2 new people to join our team, who share our vision and commitment to making Shepherds Hill a special place to be.
Practitioners must have an Early Years childcare qualification. We need people who are dependable, reliable, resourceful, and love working with children.
There will be opportunities for training and studying relevant childcare and forest school courses / programmes. We are looking to restart our Forest School programme, which we run on site in our own small woodland.
