Summary

Location: Brent (easily commutable from Harlesden, Willesden, Wembley, Neasden and Cricklewood)
Pay: £110-£130 per day

Contract: Full-time | Long-term (full academic year)

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Brent to recruit an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA). This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident professional to support teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering planned lessons and leading targeted interventions that help pupils achieve their full potential.

As an HLTA, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning and supporting high-quality classroom practice across the school.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience as an HLTA, Senior Teaching Assistant or a highly skilled TA

Be confident delivering lessons across both KS1 and KS2

Demonstrate strong behaviour management with a calm and consistent approach
