WorkMost of your apprenticeship will be spent working on-site, gaining hands-on experience and learning directly from experienced colleagues.
What You’ll Do
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Support with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, record-keeping, and updating internal systems.
Assist in preparing documents, reports, and correspondence for the Contract Manager and operational teams.
Help manage inboxes, phone calls, and customer queries in a professional and efficient manner.
Contribute to organising meetings, appointments, and transport-related documentation.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to support smooth business operations.
