We are looking for a Administrator to join the Team at Lane Fox Remeo in Redhill.

We are looking for someone who has lots of energy and a bubbly, welcoming personality for our Healthcare Administrator position at the Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory centre located in Redhill.

The Healthcare Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative and supporting operational functions of the healthcare facility while providing coordination for facilities support services. This role ensures efficient clinical operations, regulatory compliance, staff coordination, and a safe, well-maintained environment that supports high-quality patient care.

The Lane Fox Remeo Centre specialises in long-term respiratory support, both non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation, and in weaning' patients from invasive mechanical ventilation.The Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre continues to improve the way that complex respiratory patients and their families are supported on the journey from a critical care environment, returning home or to a long term facility.

What you'll be working:

  • Working 5 days a week
  • 37.5 Hrs per week
  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the office.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor administrative systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and support business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate data management through spreadsheets and reports, demonstrating strong proficiency in Excel formulas and working knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
  • Support budgeting activities, financial reporting, billing processes, and cost-control initiatives.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources team on staffing administration and provide on-site support to staff regarding HR-related queries.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the clinical team, including maintaining training records, audit documentation, and ensuring all reports are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with Reception duties as required and coordinate administrative and reception cover during periods of annual leave to ensure continuity of service.

You must be confident to deliver excellent service and be prepared to act on your own initiative and have the skills to prioritise your workload.

You will be working in a medical environment which has patients with severe long-term conditions.

You will support the Centre Manager in co-ordinating all non-clinical services and the Clinical Centre Manager/s.

What you'll have:

  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office packages Excel, Word, and Outlook Skills tests will be conducted at point of interview.
