The company operates Service Vessels, Processing Vessels,Live Fish Carriers and Feed Vessels.

The Role

We are seeking experienced Masters <500GT to join our team on the West Coast. This is a hands-on command role involving the safe

navigation, operation, and management of our harvest vessel to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for the safe navigation and operation of the vessel.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and fish welfare standards at all times.

• Lead and work effectively with a small crew of 4-5.

• Oversee daily vessel activities including deck operations and crew coordination.

• Maintain accurate vessel logs, records, and operational reports.

• Uphold all relevant maritime regulations, company procedures, and SMS requirements.

Rotation

3 weeks on / 3 weeks off (inclusive of holidays)
