Due to rapid growth, were introducing a brand new Assistant Factory Manager role. Join our award-winning business to support daily operations, lead teams, uphold GMP compliance and drive operational efficiency.
We’re looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to work closely with our Factory Manager and play a key role in the smooth running of our manufacturing and fulfilment operations.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in the day-to-day operations while helping to shape and improve how we work. Your responsibilities will include:
- support daily manufacturing and order fulfillment operations
- assisting with production planning, stock management and inventory systems
- leading and supporting staff on the factory floor
- ensuring high standards of quality control and GMP compliance
- maintain hygiene, H&S and manufacturing standards
- oversee picking, packing and dispatch to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time
- co-ordinate between production and fulfillment teams to maintain optimal stock levels
- managing stock of raw materials, packaging and finished goods
- identifying and helping implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- troubleshoot operational issues and support management as required
