What skills and experience we're looking for

If you are that exceptional individual you will:

• Have proven successful leadership experience at an Early Years Foundation Stage Level.

• Be an inspirational role model with strong leadership, management and organisational skills, who displays authority and sensitivity.
• Be committed to developing a dynamic school culture and ethos of achievement, excitement and enjoyment in a safe, caring environment where everyone is valued and happy.
• Be passionate about teaching and learning and believe in maximising the potential of all children to be the best that they can be within a child centred environment.
• Have the ability to sustain and enhance our excellent relationships with parents, staff, governors and the community.
• Will be committed to safeguarding, promoting equal opportunities for all.
• Have a commitment to working in partnership with staff, parents and the community to promote excellent learning opportunities for all.
• Be prepared to be the school’s SENCO, completing the NPQ for SENCO’s if you do not hold a relevent qualification already.
