What You’ll Do:
- Lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding service every day.
- Organise and oversee operations for senior messes, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
- Manage customer feedback professionally and share successes with your team.
- Train and develop staff, ensuring brand standards and procedures are met.
- Support special events and functions, making them memorable for our clients.
- Champion health, safety, and cleaning standards across all areas.
- Drive customer satisfaction and sales through excellent service and communication.
- Manage schedules and timesheets to keep everything running efficiently.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in catering or hospitality.
- Previous leadership experience managing a team.
- Basic knowledge of health and safety and food safety.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- DBS check required (UK residency for the past 3 years).
- Familiarity with MS Office is desirable.
