Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.57 per hour
⏱ Hours: Approx. 34 hours per week | 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through targeted B2B outreach, telemarketing, and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Use CRM systems and LinkedIn to manage leads, track activity, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and areas for growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle to drive long-term client satisfaction.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong English fluency.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Target-driven mindset with proven success meeting or exceeding goals.
- Strong organisation skills and proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or similar).
