We are looking for a highly organised and well-motivated SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team to support a pupil and who: We are looking for someone who:has a good understanding of effective SEND practices and is prepared to reflect and develop.is caring, patient and self-motivated.places building positive relationships at the heart of what they do, provide encouragement and reassurance.has knowledge of (or an interest in learning about) emotion coaching techniques to support development of emotional literacy and regulation skills.has an awareness of when to 'step in or step out' to help the child to develop their own capacity to learn.is be able to support social communication skills.
