Higher Level Teaching Assistant Location: Smallfield, Surrey Actual annual salary: £28,838 - £31,465 dependant on qualifications Plus £2000 Welcome bonus For HLTA with SEN Experience* Hourly rate: £16.14 - £17.61 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week - Term Time only - Start time 8.15am - Finish time Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 4.45pm. Aurora Redehall School supports pupils aged 6–11 with communication difficulties linked to Autism and Asperger’s Syndrome. We’re seeking a passionate HLTA to join our speech, language and communication needs class, helping deliver a broad, creative curriculum and supporting pupils to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Safeguard and promote pupil welfare. Lead classes in teacher absence. Deliver and adapt learning activities. Support individual pupil plans and contribute to reviews.
