Is 2026 your year to shine in a brand new rewarding job? Our amazing teams in Stonehaven are looking for new colleagues to join them on a permanent (16, 20, 25, 30 or 35 hours per week) basis. We also have relief opportunities too if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.

Our team and the people we support

You'll become part of one of our friendly, welcoming teams who supports individuals with physical and learning disabilities in their own shared home. There's never a dull moment and no two days are ever the same.

You'll support the individuals with all aspects of daily living, including meal preparation, personal care, finances, household chores and playing an active part in their local community. We'll also need you to be supportive and creative to support with their hobbies and interests which include arts & crafts, gardening, going out for walks and getting out and about in their local community.

About You

You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need. We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 6/7) qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

All we’ll need you to bring is: -

A caring and compassionate attitude
The ability to work well in a team
Great communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
A creative drive to improve the lives of the individuals you support.
Confidence in the use of computers.

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns will usually fall into patterns early shifts and backshifts. Sleepovers, public holidays and weekends would be a requirement on a rotational basis.

Sleepovers are not included in your contracted hours and you’ll receive an additional sleepover payment of £100.80 per sleepover shift worked.

If you don't live in the Stonehaven area and are not a driver, we will need you to be mindful of the location of our services and be confident that you can travel for your shifts as there are limited public transport links available that fit with all of our shift patterns.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
