Crynodeb
We are looking for staff with some experience of assessing and working with people with complex and significant mental health problems or who wish to further develop such skills. We see this as an ideal opportunity to develop more specialist skills. It is important you have good communication skills and can work on your own initiative as well as collaboratively with colleagues. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new skills and develop your practice is vital. This team provides interventions on a one to one basis and group formats. You will have the opportunity to participate in groups and you will be given training within the team for this. Above all it is vital that you have a sense of humour if you wish to join our team.
