Summary

Owen Payne Recruitment are exciting to announce that we are currently recruiting for a PA / Secretary for a growing Care Company in the Wolverhampton (WV10) Area.

We are seeking a highly experienced, traditional Personal Assistant to support a senior individual within a care company. This is a trusted, long-term role that goes far beyond standard office administration and plays an integral part in supporting both professional and personal commitments.

This role will suit someone who genuinely enjoys being a right-hand person, is highly organised, discreet, proactive and capable of managing a busy, varied workload with minimal supervision.

This fantastic new role will be permanent from day 1, with an immediate start available to allow full handover!

Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• 1 hour lunch break
• Occasional out-of-hours contact for urgent matters

Salary

• Highly competitive – open for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Full diary management, including scheduling meetings, appointments and personal commitments
• Typing and drafting emails, letters and documents dictated directly by the individual (touch typing essential)
• Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transport and holidays
• Acting as a central point of contact and gatekeeper
• Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Supporting both business and family-related administration
• Anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues before they arise
• Liaising with internal teams and external contacts as required
• Any additional duties as and when required

Essential Requirements

• Proven experience as a PA supporting a senior individual or director
• Excellent touch-typing skills and strong written communication
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
• Confident diary and travel management experience
• Professional, calm and adaptable approach
• Comfortable working in a traditional PA capacity
• Willingness to be contacted out of hours in the event of emergencies
