## **Key Requirements**
- Fully qualified Carpenter
- Experience across a range of project types and general refurbishment works
- Strong technical capability and understanding of site‑based carpentry
- Commercial awareness and ability to work efficiently
- Highly motivated with a positive, team‑focused attitude
- Full, clean driving licence
- Current and relevant CSCS card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close‑knit team
- Professional, reliable, and committed to high‑quality workmanship

## **Key Responsibilities**
- Carrying out carpentry and joinery tasks across framework and public service contracts
- Completing refurbishment and maintenance works to a high standard
- Working safely and efficiently on a variety of sites
- Liaising with site teams, supervisors, and clients where required
- Ensuring all work meets company and industry standards
- Maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicle
- Following Health & Safety procedures and site protocols
- Representing the company professionally at all times
