Empowering independence
Supporting personal care, meal preparation and daily living tasks in a dignified, respectful and encouraging way.
Activity and community support
Regular outings including cinema trips, walks, days out and community groups. You'll support them to enjoy their hobbies and stay active.
Building communication and relationships
Using Makaton (full training provided) and supporting calm, positive communication.
Daily routines
Light household tasks, medication administration and ensuring their home is safe, comfortable and welcoming.
1:1 support
Providing focused support tailored to each person's preferences, needs and daily plans.
Shift Patterns
You will work 22 contracted hours per week, including:
- Day Shifts: 7:00am - 10:00pm
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00pm - 7:00am (paid to sleep)
Shifts include alternate weekends and 1-2 sleep-ins per week.
Start/finish times may vary depending on planned activities.
Rotas are issued in advance to support good work-life balance.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
