Phoenix Care Staff are looking for compassionate, experienced, committed Senior Care Assistants to provide exceptional person-centred care to vulnerable adults in our residential, nursing and supported living settings.

12 months UK experience and a NVQ level 3 in health and social care is required for this role, however we do provide online mandatory training if no proven certificates.
The role of a Successful Senior Care Assistant includes:
• - Assessing and monitoring patients' needs
• - Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• - Supervising and mentoring junior staff
• - Administering medication and treatments as prescribed
• - Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
