About the RoleWe are working with a range of secondary schools across West Yorkshire, including a welcoming school in Batley, to recruit enthusiastic Cover Supervisors. In this role, you'll be supervising classes in the absence of the teacher and delivering pre‑set work to groups of students. No planning, no marking - just engaging, guiding and supporting learners throughout the school day ✨
Who We're Looking ForYou don't need a teaching qualification, but you must have experience working with young people. This could include:
- Sports Coaching
- Youth Work
- Tutoring small groups
- Any role where you've supported or led young people
We're looking for individuals who are:
- Confident managing a classroom
- Positive, proactive and reliable
- Able to build rapport quickly with students
- Comfortable working 5 days per week in a school setting
⏰ Working Pattern
- Full‑time (5 days per week) available in Batley
- Additional full and part‑time opportunities across West Yorkshire
