KPI Recruiting Ltd is an established recruitment agency with over 15 years’ experience supplying high-quality industrial roles across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the ST3 area for a reliable and experienced Forklift Truck Driver to join a busy and growing operation on the night shift. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift truck to load, unload, and move stock within the warehouse

  
  

• Complete daily forklift safety and maintenance checks

  
  

• Accurately organise and store stock to maintain efficient warehouse operations

  
  

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as packing and dispatch when required

  
  

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment

  
  

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (external licence desirable but not essential)

    
    

  • Previous forklift experience in a warehouse or industrial setting

    
    

  • Strong awareness of health & safety practices

    
    

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team

    
    

  • Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

    
    

  • Flexible to work overtime or weekends when required

    
    Pay & Hours

    • £13.79 per hour

      
      

    • Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am

      
      

    • Shift pattern: 4 days on 4 days off on a rota
